Museum of the Islands is located at 5728 Sesame in Pine Island Center. To get here, take Pine Island Road (State Route 78) west through Matlacha to the four-way stop at the intersection of Pine Island Road and Stringfellow Road. Turn right on Stringfellow, go one block and turn left on Sesame Drive. The museum is one block off Stringfellow at the corner of to Russell Road, right next to Pine Island Library and across from the tennis courts.
