St James City 50s/60s/70s

Things were starting to pick around St James City and it was during the beginning of this time period that Tom Phillips started to develop the property he owned around St. James City and put the canals in.  Those communities were known as Pine Island Shores, Gulf-Haven and St. Jude Harbor.
